Garden of Mary G. Dunphy
St. Johns, Newfoundland

As has already been pointed out by fellow Newfoundlanders, gardening in this province can present a challenge that is rewarding and a provides a great sense of accomplishment. As a person dealing with the additional challenges of Multiple Sclerosis, I take great pride in what I have been able to accomplish in my small St. John's garden.

It is a work in progress and I hope that I will always be able to enjoy creating something of beauty. Our short growing season does not mean that the beauty of roses is not an option for us.

If you wish to see further photographs of my garden please feel free to visit my site at http://www.mi.mun.ca/~ldunphy/msnewfoundland/mypage.htm
