Toronto
Gloria’s Brilliant Front Yard

While everyone on Gloria’s Toronto street is content maintaining front lawns, she bucks tradition by planting hundreds of bulbs and perennials, for all to see and enjoy.

In spring and summer, her garden jumps to life with a crescendo of vibrant colours, each plant desperate to grab your attention as you pass by.

For Gloria it is a full time job, as she methodically selects the right bulbs from
catalogues and local stores, spends hours nourishing, watering, and working her soil, and lifts out all her bulbs (including tulips) in the fall.

As a result, no season is ever the same.
